  I just want to say this is hands down the best UPS Store in Cape Coral! The team here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly treats every customer like family.   I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store. They were literally about to close, and instead of turning me away, the team went above and beyond to help me out. I had two large permit packages that needed to be printed and organized for an important day tomorrow, and they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Not only did they stay and make sure everything was done perfectly, but they also helped me get fully prepared and ready, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. On top of that, they didn’t even charge me full price—something I truly appreciated and didn’t expect. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. Their willingness to help, even at closing time, really shows how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs reliable and thoughtful service. Thank you again for making a stressful situation so much easier!

  The most incredible helpful staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! My husband and I frequent the store for all of our Shipping needs as well as our Amazon returns and they are always friendly, greet us with a smile, and recognizes every single time we come in. It is an amazing store!
