The woman with short red hair greeted me with an attitude right away. She got my package, but spoke to me as if I were an incompetent child. She scolded me for not checking my mail sooner, even though I never blamed them for the delivery issue. My loved one passed away unexpectedly, and I was out of town when they tried to deliver it. To the rude woman with red hair: You never know what someone is going through. Your attitude was uncalled for and made the situation worse. I’ve seen multiple complaints about you on here (yikes), and yet, you’re still there. If you hate dealing with people so much, maybe it’s time to find a job where you don’t have to. People deserve respect, no matter how miserable you are. It takes less energy to be nice!!!!
