I already contacted consumer affairs and now im going to contact my congressman and the news. This will finally be addressed properly and in a timely fashion. The way she treats the people in her community regarding thier mail service is despicable. I advise anyone having issues with her or this office to please file a complaint.

My house # and street address was clearly on the box and the person had the decency to say that he couldn’t find the address that it dod not existed. I went there they said they couldn’t help me because the person wasn’t back from the route. Come monday they proceeded to return my package back to the sender why? I dont know because i called and they said the address was correct in the system. Now i have to pay again and wait again for my package. Ridiculous
