- MNMaria NunezOct 12, 20255.0I was there on Friday 10/10 to complete my change of address. The agent was very friendly, fast, and efficient, I am sorry I didn't get his name. Very happy with that location, also clean and organized.
- MGMariya GarsiaOct 8, 20251.0Was here on 10/08/25 to drop off a package with a prepaid label. The woman working there was taking 30-40 min with one customer, instead of politely asking him to step to the side and handle the pileup of people waiting and getting back to him (which is what you do in customer service) After waiting for an excessive amount of time I finally asked her for a priority box which is included in my shipping with poshmark sales, to which she denied me a box and told me I have to buy one. I proceeded to grab a box and asked for assistance with taping it and putting it together, she completely ignored me and walked away. Another employee came out to assist me, a really nice man. If it wasnt for him, I would have had to go to another location. So in short, very understaffed, undertrained, lack in customer service, and time management. Struggling to help customers within a reasonable time frame. Go elsewhere If you need assistance beyond just dropping off a pre stamped letter.
