    Box scheduled for delivery to 2nd floor office in building was returned to the post office because it was too big to fit in the outdoor mail slot on the first floor after the business was open. Delivery rescheduled for next day, and USPS.com showed this updated info. Box not delivered again as USPS.com updated tracking status to say package available for pickup at the post office. Three calls to USPS, with 3 contacts made to this post office to deliver package. None acknowledged, no emails or updated delivery status. It's my sincere hope that USPS becomes privatized when this is the type of service to be expected. No matter what post office you try to call, they never pick up the phone, or react to a case#. This fiasco exists because of a carrier being a lazy ass - short and sweet. I've notified the business in Cape Coral, and my business will never ship to this address again.

    Unhappy unable to communicate online or via phone get hung up on always, trying to resolve location of postal box for a tenant SW 6th St & Nicholas Pkwy, no response from supervisor and another center left message for supervisor to assist me since Tuesday if 3 days later no response or help.

    I'm being generous with 1 star. This is a long story that started June 22 when my hubby attempted to do a temporary change of address & was sent to the new USPS the 2nd day it opened. You see Postmaster Mindy would never own her snafu from the beginning when my hubby did do his "identity verification" & they lost it somewhere? July 17th we received a letter stating our mail wasn't forwarded bc my husband didn't do the "identity verification" so he had to redo it online. Mindy had told us our mail was in a bin & it would be forwarded to call her back in 3 days. He called back & she said they couldn't find the bin with our mail & she sent a carrier to our box & our box was empty! I can't tell you how many phone calls on reports he went thro between the national USPS center where he went thro a minimum wait time of 45mins on each call & than to the regional office last week only to be told our case was closed with no explanation. I got my Cedar Lake, IN postmaster involved & Mindy also told him all of our mail had been forwarded & that was 2 Friday's ago. To date Sept 7th we've received 3 pieces of mail forwarded & they are current bills. So next up we had a death emergency & had to come home & look what was in our mailbox? So Mindy did you find it & deliver it or was it here the whole time?? I've never seen such a lying incompetent, narcissistic person in my life who had no clue on the important Gov't mail I was waiting on! You refused to admit that mistakes were made, you lied numerous times to us, closed our case & moved on which led to me to write this review! You could of called us & told us all of our mail was in our mailbox & apologized, but you're to narcissistic for that! I don't know what your salary is, but whatever your making is entirely too much, you suck as a Postmaster & don't deserve the job you have, 2 months of our mail was in an abandoned mailbox basically...our forwarding date expires Nov 1st!!!!!! Here is where our mail is (pic) & none of it was forwarded you lying pos! Now wouldn't it of been easier to be truthful about the matter & given us a call back for all the stress, frustration & our time wasted on phone calls that you put us thro? There's no excuse for your actions or behavior at this point & GOOGLE reviews is the only ammo that people have today to fire back with when theyve been wronged by any business!

    This is a nice new building but the mail clerks have attitudes. Donna was busy talking with a customer about personal stuff and totally ignored the other customers waiting and the other clerk (clerk 9; no name tag) had a bad attitude because we were trying to explain the return policy from a package we received. After explaining several times she realized we were correct. She continued to have an attitude. No customer service skills at this location. Get it together USPS SW Cape, do better.
