However, today's experience was pretty far from this, due the irrespectfull treatment by Kami; who without consultation or appologies, decides to get ahead on the boxing work and make me wait and the rest of the line, while she was closing and organizing packages. After a long waiting time, with any explanation, I request one and she said with no ayes contact and very evasive behavior that she can not attend me because she needed to do this before...5 boxes of mercant. I said, you have ti request approval from the customer and also switch between costumers, not make a long waiting time for 1 person just because you decides. The answer was rolling eyes, and not even a show of regrets. Like I said, it is a very sad situation put a whole team in dispute, however, you should sense who has the skills or not to work with customers.

Normally would not have minded if extended the simple courtesy of acknowledging the situation, but Kami chose to act like I was invisible than shown attitude when called out for her behavior.

She did an amazing job helping me with the balloons and gave me really helpful recommendations based on the type of occasion I was shopping for. She aired up the balloons super fast and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She even checked me out quickly and made sure everything was perfect before I left.
