I bought an HP printer which comes with installed ink cartriges, I subscribed to auto ink service, If you ever do this beware of the chip HP puts in the ink cartriges ( HP literal owns your printer) and you are subject to their terms whether you were aware of them or Not! I was not. The long and short of it, I ended up speaking to their corporate ofice in Massachusetts, after going into all the details the corporation said too BAD! we can't help. I suggested a warning sign next to the purchase price but she thought that was funny, I was serious. There is so much that I did not go into here but, I will say I will never buy another single product again from either HP or Stamples they do not deserve my business. After decades of purchases this is what they think about the customer base, I wish I could go back in time and give my money/business to a more deserving company that dose not put greed before the customer.
