- DMDerrick MarshallFeb 11, 20261.0I Came in the other morning to mail some packages.There was a very rude little man with a name tag.George , he was extremely hateful slamming packages around they actually dropped on the floor and he did not pick them up... This man should not be representing the united states post office. I have read multiple reviews about this person and I don't understand why he is still upfront in customer service. The evil donna that worked at the post office a few years back was a princess compared to this person. I pray that this review does not go to deaf ears as it looks like the past ones have. I will be reaching out to the postmaster this week.To follow through with this horrible issue , the cape canaveral , florida has.
- SMSelina McClungDec 18, 20251.0I KNOW this is the same guy that I just encounter with my mother. He’s was the most rude person I’ve ever seen talk to my mom the way he did. He was mad that we came in 7 minutes til close and wasn’t afraid to let us know we shouldn’t come so late. As a waitress for the past 9 years I have NEVER talked to any customer like that no matter the time they’ve come in. If this guy doesn’t like his job and talks to people disrespectfully like this he doesn’t need his job & absolutely needs to be fired. We were clearly not the first to encounter how awful he is. Someone needs to do something about this before I get in touch with someone with higher authority there.

I told him the cheap 3.20, he refused to mail it. He claims he can see inside a package, and he KNOWS what's inside.. I told him it was a newspaper in bubble wrap. And he called me a liar. I hope he gets fired because there is no way he can see inside my package. He was trying to overpriced me and charge me an amount that didn't pertain to what I was mailing. What a jerk, so I tool my package elsewhere.
