One of the clerks with a bullnose ring was not very helpful and seemed to push things aside just to get through the day, but another lady I encountered over the weekend was extremely helpful and courteous. It really depends on who you get. In general, USPS could improve its customer service and provide more transparent access to shipment information. This is especially important for home businesses that rely on frequent deliveries, as customers want reassurance through reliable tracking. The tracking system for certain types of mail can be frustrating, and it seems like the clerks don’t always have the tools or information they need to assist customers effectively.
