- GPG PlayerDec 11, 20251.0You call the 386# and it just disconnects! The 800# takes forever to get a response. Why can't you just speak to a real person?! They leave keys in my mailbox to pick up my packages, but the keys don't work! It is true that they will not deliver your Amazon package and leave a stupid note in your mailbox saying it could not be delivered! Last year, they did not deliver my PS5 because my box was too big and they just didn't leave it on my doorstep. When I went to pick it up, my box was completely opened and trashed!! It was a christmas gift for my kids. I had to verify that my system wasn't broken. Of course no one in the post office knew why it was broken. Also, they are so lazy, that they can't even help to load heavy packages to your car. My 13 year old son had to help me because the lazy worker needed me to back up my car to the back of the post office and couldn't even load it in the car. Should have been ashamed. What kind of a man were you dude?! So useless. Plus, don't have a return package and use scotch or duck tape on it! They will not accept it - stating you need to put regular tape around the entire package to cover the duck tape. That doesn't make any sense! Awful customer service.

- OBOrange BlossomsAug 25, 20255.0The post office decided to let my package sit in a Jacksonville distribution center for 6 days (package was coming from orange park fl) and I decided to reach out to my local post office to get assistance because the website was absolutely no help. Tony jumped into action, and I can happily say that Tony is the reason my package finally got delivered (a week late, but delivered.) Putting your local branches in these kinds of situations is simply unfair to the hard workers like Tony, who go above and beyond for their local customers!

I believe it is either laziness or Incompetence of this post office that leaves them unable to deliver certain packages on time or even at all.
