I was helped by the nicest postal worker. I used to get one that was so rude. I am so happy I didn't have that guy today!!! It is bad enough paying the inflation to mail a frigging envelope! I used to mail a couple of hundred Christmas cards, birthday cards etc. Now I am shocked if I mail 10 because of stamps!!!! I don't even mail bills. I let the bank mail them for me!!!! It is just crazy 🤪!!! Thank you again for having some nice staff left in America!!!

Terrible experience. We had an appointment today with our 3-month-old baby to get his passport. We came from Spring Hill, almost an hour's drive. Unfortunately, we arrived 14 minutes late. When a Latino guy attended to us, he said our appointment was at 10:00 AM, not 10:15 AM, and that he couldn't see us. I told him to ask his supervisor, and they said they couldn't see us because there were appointments every 15 minutes and they were full. There was only one other woman waiting. It's not fair that we traveled from so far away with a baby. I think they should have better customer service and maybe make an exception since we were already there.

Probably one of the worst post offices in the state. The postal workers are not educated and can't figure out to stop putting other people's mail-in my mailbox. That has my name on it. And then proceeds to put a full mailbox. Letter inside the mailbox over and over again.Wild ninety percent of it isn't even my mail. When I go to the post office directly, they can never actually provide me my mail directly that they stopped giving me. This Post Office really needs to be audited
Because they are completely failing as a post office. And if you go inside to try to speak to someone, no one knows what's actually going on. And will go to find another person, and then that person won't know what to do, and then they'll look for another person. And it's a never-ending cycle of no one knowing what's going on, and then they'll tell you that they'll give you a call back. And then no one will ever call you back. If you can help it, don't ever go to this Post Office. It's full of incompetent slow people
