- CRCritter Reichsthag3 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. I had a simple package ready to be shipped. Andre says it will need an envelope. I told him it is over 3 ounces. He proceeded to tell me that it will work. I asked for one of the several small boxes that were available. He refused to sell me a box. I walked out in disbelief over the incompetence I just witnessed. Go to another UPS because this person does not understand basic common decency.

The last trip in the lady was fast which is great and all, but when handing me the return receipt for Amazon, she in a way “flung” her hand at me and said “here” but not in a friendly way. I don’t need small talk or anything to prolong running errands but she made me feel like an inconvenience and I just really didn’t deserve that.

Note: They are temporarily operating out of a different spot (I think 1222 or something like that) on the adjacent side of the same parking lot while the 1204 undergoes renovations. So convenient that it's almost next door in the same plaza
