When it didn't arrive and I checked tracking I saw it was sent usps and had a note that the customer requested to pick it up at the post office. I DID NOT MAKE ANY REQUEST! I called customer service and the China lady made a report about the issue. They're was nothing I could do till they opened the next morning. I did receive a call before I could call them and was told the driver was not "obligated" to leave a package at an rv where there is not a permanent dwelling and that the package would have to be picked up in person. There is a permanent site if they had bothered to turn into the driveway. There were 2 cars visible so obviously someone was there. The driver just didn't want to bother with dropping it off. Very very frustrating!
