Awful experience with Passport application. We were spoken to in a condescending tone, as if we were idiots. The guy was not helpful at all and literally told us to go across the street to the clerks office. Even though we made an appointment online weeks ahead, he told us that they were about to close and he had no time for us. Lazy employees who don’t want to do their jobs!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORTS!! This place is honestly a joke. They have walk in hours on Mondays from 10-1. I went in around 11 on Monday and there was one person in front of me and one came after me. The passport worker was on break but came back. She counted the three of us (“one, two, three”), verified that we were there for a passport, and said she would help us and get to us in order. Then the third person in line was asking her questions while we were waiting. Then a VERY rude employee (you can see her pictured in other one star reviews) YELLED and said that we are only accepting the first person in line and everyone else needs to leave and go across the street. I asked “oh but she just said she was going to help the three of us” and “don’t walk in hours end at 1? It’s only 11.” She again started yelling about a list and it doesn’t matter and to go across the street to the clerk of court. That is where I went and got my passport taken care of (10/10 recommend- do not go to USPS). USPS kept sending people across the street ALL DAYY! Even though the clerk of court talked to them and asked them to stop sending people over because they were so busy. Long story short, don’t go here for a passport and do not get caught up with that rude employee pictured and name dropped many other times in these reviews.

I am beyond frustrated. The mail man that do my route not only lost a package with medications that unfortunately I was unable to retrieve or workout with the pharmacy to fill them again affecting my health, but also today I was supposed to receive a very important parcel that require a signature to deliver it and since he has to go upstairs to reach my door he just chose to leave it at the mailbox despite clearly REQUIRED signature to deliver it and the message in the tracking application: "delivered to individual". Completely unacceptable! I am so sick and tired of the USPS inefficiency.
