Philip was so nasty. He answered me with sarcasm and laughed in my face because I normally don’t have to pay to return . He talked over me and was extremely rude . I won’t be coming here again

We had an appointment to get our passport done and the woman in charge of getting our passports was really rude! It's like we were bothering her. She made us redo the paperwork because we wrote it in blue. That was our fault. But there was NO reason to be so hateful. We walked out and went to another post office and they were awesome! Took care of us right away!

This is Samantha, a USPS worker. She’s consistently rude, acts like she knows everything, and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. The picture was shared here and taken from other people’s comments. Honestly, someone like that shouldn’t be in that position. Thank you
