Im giving 2 stars because Kim was very helpful and understanding and solved our problem immediately. But I have to admit this lady in the photo Sam ( I assume Samantha) was very rude, very bad attitude, not helpful. I asked for help since my mail was coming to my address she just went full attitude and didnt want to give me supervisor’s number so I can call and solve my problem. It doesnt matter what company you work for, you still have to make sure you give good customer service. I bet there are a lot of people who would want to work her position. Kim on the other hand Great!!!! Thank you Kim!!! ( by the way the photo is from another review about Sam)

Rude and borderline obnoxious. I have been mailing the same product in an envelope for 6 years, and all of a sudden it is considered a package, so the postage is now more than double. No hello, no thank you and clerk #41 refused to send another non-alcohol package due to some alcohol labeling. Will not return to this post office again and go out of my way for another.

This post office mishandled my mail for 3 whole months. I relocated, they asked me for proof of identity, after I do that.. they still did not send my mail to me completely. "Kim" impersonated her "Manager" to then have to admit she isn't a Manager. She was so careless. All she said on their behalf is "We already said we are sorry it was our mistake. I am done assisting you". Crazy right?!

DO NOT GO HERE. I had an appointment at 11:30 am for a new passport. I made and confirmed the appointment weeks in advance and arrived 5 mins early as per requested. Upon arrival, a clerk informed me that there was “actually no agent today” and that “they can help me across the street.” I go to the address I was provided where I then learned that instead of my appointment taking 15 minutes as stated on the website, that me and my toddler were going to have to stand in line at the CLERK OF COURT, on a Friday afternoon. We had to stand the entire time because it was so many people waiting that there were no places to sit. At first, I thought maybe it was due to the government shutdown but then I heard a clerk say that they were “self-funded” so the shutdown doesn’t affect them. I would think that if appointments are scheduled so far ahead that an establishment would make a courtesy call or at least send an email, not wait for somebody to show up only to push them out the door to the unholy hell that awaits them at the clerk of court. Just like everywhere else in Hillsborough, this place has no consideration for anybody else’s time or life, they simply just don’t care.
