She did everything she could to help us with the KIOSK. Ultimately she gave us the number to call and was close by to help while we were on the phone. She takes great pride in her work.

Wife was given a receipt for someone elses package and didn’t notice it until she got home late that evening after they closed. I work out of town all week so I can’t do anything but call support. 3 weeks later still shows waiting for package to be dropped off. Multiple attempts with ups customer service who say they can’t do anything until the store scans it in. Went to the store, claims driver had to take it, customer service says driver had to scan before taking it so driver couldn’t had taken it. Makes me think someone in the store has stolen this high dollar boombox package. Package is 3 ft long and a foot wide. Can’t miss it. Doesn’t just disappear. Tried to file claim, claims dept says they can’t do anything bcz it shows waiting to be dropped off unless I show a receipt. Can’t show receipt bcz store gave my wife someone else’s receipt. Totally getting screwed out of $800. The only things left to do is press charges for stolen property and to get an attorney to get my money back.
