- RLRon lJan 25, 20261.0Went to this UPS to do a simple notary. the person notarizing made a mistake and checked off one of the boxes they weren't supposed to check. I requested the refund not even 5 minutes after it was done and was told they "don't issue refunds" even though I went to a different UPS store and had the same form notarized and they did it exactly the way I needed to. I don't recommend getting a notary from the store until this issue is resolved. Very Disappointed!
