Long waits everytime you show up to drop a simple package off that is already packaged with a label on it ready to go. Workers there need more customer service training on how to greet and talk to people. Maybe only two people there max at any given time working. A local ups manager needs to get in there and straighten this place out asap.

I guess she forgot to lock the door before lighting up. It would have been great if she would have helped me instead of turning me away and having to make another trip to another UPS store.
