Jaeda is every manager’s dream employee. She is efficient, organized, and gets her job done and customers out the door in record time. Calm and collected even when things start getting real busy right before closing time. Whatever yall are paying her, double it! Adrian was great too! But Jaeda is THAT GIRL!

Very unprofessional. I came in to get my fingerprinting done and it was unprofessional the moment I stepped into the store. The guy doing my prints, haphazardly took my photo, and rushed thru the process.

This is the best UPS Store in Brandon! I’ve never had any issues, they’ve always been professional and prompt when it comes to their services. I noticed customers give them a lot of slack because of how busy they normally are. Overall they give the best services. Shoutout to those employees, they work their butts off!!!!

Just left this store, dropped off a package.The gentleman was very nice. However, the young lady was on the phone with her earpiece talking very inappropriately about pepper spraying someone very very unprofessional. And getting into a fight. I visit UPS on highway 60 every day, no issues. They are Polite, professional and mostly expedient. Just stopped here because I was passing by. Boy was that a mistake.
