- JJJackJul 24, 20161.0The store is understaffed and horribly managed. I needed to buy a single pack of pens for the office and here I am standing seventh in line with one cashier going. I look to tech and they're busy with one person and the poor sod working on the floor can't sit still for the flood of customers that need help. The store, and the company as a whole, needs to understand that having one person on each floor is about as smart as driving while texting.
