  I have been patronizing this location for at least 7 years now. The staff is always friendly, curious as well as attention to detailed when assisting the customers. It is the one store I can count on to be professional out of most of the stirs I frequent here in this city.

  I’ve had a mailbox at the The UPS Store for the past six years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The entire team is consistently friendly, personable, and welcoming—it’s the kind of place where you’re greeted like a regular, not just another customer. They offer smart suggestions on shipping options and taping up a box when needed, they make everything easy and stress-free.   I came in around 1:30 for a notary service, and the experience was really disappointing. The young girl assisting me clearly needed help since there were multiple witnesses required, and it seemed like she wasn’t fully supported in handling the situation. What made it worse was that the young man working there appeared unwilling to step in and help her, even though it was obvious she needed assistance. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere, and the whole process took longer than it should have. I really feel bad for her she seemed very overwhelmed. Because of the inconvenience, the girl seemed to feel bad and ended up not charging me for the one stamp she had already completed, which I appreciated—but it didn’t make up for the overall experience. In the end, I wasn’t even able to get my documents completed and had to go somewhere else. Definitely not the level of service I expected

  Kathy was so so amazing!! Her customer service was on point! She laughs with the customers interacts with the customers the lobby was full and she was the only one working and she did everything amazing and in a timely matter we were litterally in and out I recommend Kathy!!

  The people at this UPS store are always the kindest nicest people, I live right by the one on 14th st but will go all the way over to this one because the people here are always so much nicer. Very professional. They need to train the 14th st employees on customer service.
