  I sent a package to Canada on 11/25/25.The package arrived at its destination and a$250 tax was asked for acceptance of the package. I paid ALL fees and taxes to the UPS store before the package shipped. The package was allegedly returned to Sarasota BUT not returned to me. Every time I have visited and called the store I have been told they have “escalated” the problem to corporate. Their lip service after 3 months is unacceptable. Settle with either the insurance I paid on the package or return the package. If I could rate this store as a zero I would.

  This UPS store is a hidden gem in Lakewood Ranch. The manager and employees are so helpful and efficient. They are quick to assist me with all my packaging and printing needs. I also love the convenient location! Thank you!
