  I've been coming to this location not o ly for convenience, but they are all customer friendly and efficient, Hunter is exceptional and goes above and beyond to help expedite the process and accommodate everyone in a timely manner

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Jarquell and Hunter. They were both incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. I was having trouble with printing my return label, and they took the time to troubleshoot the issue step by step without making me feel rushed. Their patience and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth and easy process because of their support. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping customers. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely come back because of them!!! Thank you :)

  I went there to return Spectrum equipment; the young man behind the counter was very friendly and professional. I have been to this location a few times, and always have positive experiences, but not so much at one location in Sarasota. I was in and out in no time. This location at Lockwood Commons is highly recommended!

  Big on experience. I wait in line and greet the employee when it's my turn, to which he responds, whats up. I ask about business cards as advertised on their website and he has no clue and says he doesn't think so, he doesn't know.... finally the guy in the back says they do them. I begin speaking with him and he asks when I need them. I ask about the same day printing...oh no, we don't do that it will take some time. If I need them fast I should go somewhere else because it takes them more time. I have to directly ask about the time frame and again its a wishy washy answer until we settle on about a week. I then get a story about the manager who recently left, how he was the one who printed the cards, he has no info on pricing whatsoever and apparently no time or interest in finding out unless I want to leave contact info for whenever he feels like looking it up. I was told several times during the interaction about the UPS store further away, which eliminates the entire point of being the neighborhood, local store run by a member of my community, let alone convenience. Overall, the experience left a bad taste. I walked out not just feeling, but knowing, the company offers a service that they didn't FEEL LIKE providing to me, therefore they didn't have answers for anything, the time was going to be dragged out against whats advertised on their site, Im better off going elsewhere, and they offer services with unknown prices and aren't willing to take the time to find out for paying customers, even if you're the only customer in the store with 3 employees I could see. If you're part of a local business I would suggest you save yourself the time and go somewhere that wants your business, and knows the services and prices they offer.
