Had the worst experience at the post office was just around doing errands so decided to stop at this location usually go to the one in Ellenton. We waited very patiently in the line just like everyone else, immediately when it’s our turn and we put the packages down we are greeted with a we only take 4-5 a packages up here next time you have to take them to the kiosk(we only had 9 packages, labeled everything ready to go all she had to do was scan them.) We’ve never heard of such a rule, especially at a post office. Our transaction took less than 5 minutes, less time than all the other transaction in front of us, so for her to say that was comical. At the end on the pin pad it asked to rate the transaction she was so quick to click on the highest rating not even giving me time to click on the dissatisfied button, hopefully she gets a raise for doing less work😂
