⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above and Beyond — Restored My Faith in Customer Service How do I even begin to say thank you to the incredible people working at the United States Postal Service @ 75th St W Post Office? On the morning of February 5, I received a message from Amazon stating that 60 items were on hold. After numerous calls, Amazon assured me the issue had been resolved due to items shipping from different warehouses. I wasn’t overly concerned at first…until 4:30 PM, when I arrived at the rental property where everything was supposed to be delivered… and nothing was there. Amazon then told me there was nothing they could do because the packages were now with the USPS. With 23 guests arriving in one hour, my husband and I left the property and drove down 75th Street West, where we spotted the post office. Coming from New Jersey, where post offices often close early, I feared I’d be pounding on locked doors—but to my relief, they were open until 5:30 PM. After waiting on a very short line, I was greeted by a kind young woman at the counter. She explained she couldn’t reach the carrier but that the supervisor might return between 5:30 and 7:00. She was honest and compassionate, took down my name and cell phone number, and promised to call me as soon as she had information. At that moment, the stress hit me hard—and tears surfaced. A kind customer behind me wished me luck and said she truly felt for my situation. I stepped outside to sit in the car with my husband when that same customer (God Bless this woman!) exited the post office, ran over to me, and said, “The supervisor just showed up!” I couldn’t believe it. I rushed back inside, and while I was standing in line, the supervisor called my cell phone. I was shocked—not only by the speed of his response, but by his kindness. He was calm, understanding, and willing to work with me to figure out a solution. When I told him I was actually standing in the lobby and willing to wait, he arranged to bring all 13 boxes out to me so I could personally transport them to the rental property. When he came out with the boxes, I couldn’t help but hug him. I had less than 30 minutes before my guests arrived, and he went so far as to help us load the boxes into our already jam-packed van, which he offered to hep with also! Finally, the woman at the front counter also came outside to make sure everything was okay. That level of care and follow-through meant the world to me. This experience was nothing short of heartwarming. These federal employees went above and beyond in every sense, restoring my faith in people who truly care about doing their jobs—and doing them well. I sincerely hope this review reaches the appropriate supervisors so these outstanding individuals receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you again for helping me through what felt like an impossible situation. I will never forget your kindness.

This USPS outlet on 75th Street in Bradenton have been fantastic in our dealings with them including our delivery person. They have always been extremely helpful in resolving issues related to online orders in a quick and courtesy manner that were as a result of the vendors not the USPS. Thank you so much for such excellent service!

What a difficult customer experience! The right size priority envelope has not been stocked the last 2x and they try and give u an upgrade WHN u ask for the least expensive one…teller Leena is the more prevalent offender in this regard. ** also, she actually leaned over my card machine & pushed the CUSTOMER green smiley face my 3rd time at the customer counter for good service knowing I would push red! *She did not think I would catch it & did not apologize WHN I mentioned seeing what she’d done. *She made me pay in lieu of backtracking the transaction & said I could redo it at the end but it timed out as she knew it would. I decided to post on Google where the truth would likely do the most good. Oh yes & you get in front of a tellers window & then he askes . are u paying with cash & u lose your place in. Line… u know most customers pay with a card, so a cash only line with a customer pileup …really? At any rate u have to be on your toes NOT to be taken advantage of so do be, as CHRISTmass is upon us… Always fun chatting with customers the nice people who live in the neighborhood…
