Paid $52 for priority express delivery paid extra to have a delivered on Sunday package was never delivered the recipient had to go to the post office and pick it up on Tuesday. When I shipped it I use the kiosk. The printer was broken so I have a digital receipt took it into this location for my refund and a man named. Alex told me that he wasn’t going to give me a refund because it’s not a physical receipt and that his “manager“ told him I have to have a physical receipt when clearly the policy is proof of purchase digital receipt or physical receipt, then proceeded to tell me why I don’t have enough money anyways you have to go somewhere else when clearly the policy as well is if you don’t have the cash in your drawer, you issue a money order very unprofessional rude for no reason like it was my fault that they’re incompetence went to a package never been delivered that I paid $52 for to be delivered 500 miles away that took five days and was never delivered. She had to pick it up and they wonder why they’re bankrupt they’re the worst shipping entity in the country. Their customer service is terrible and clearly their managers have no idea what the company policies are. I ship things 3 to 4 times a month I will never ever use the post office ever again. And Alex, the clerk at this location was the rudest most unprofessional and knowledgeable, wanna be professional I’ve ever dealt with in my life and a complaint has been made and hopefully he’s reprimanded
