- FFFraniDec 9, 20255.0First time using this post office. I normally go to the one on Post Blvd. but they are always busy, and their parking lot is too small. I usually have to wait to park and then wait in line again once inside. Anyway, read many negative reviews here, I can't speak about the drop box/kiosk since I never tried it, and I am sure there will always be a time when they are short-handed due to lunch break or sorting or handling some forms in the back, but the two agents who worked behind the counters today were fabulous and worked like the two dynamic duos. Nate (who assisted me) and the other was a tall slim African American gentleman, they were hustling and kept the line moving. While I still had to wait in line, I was very impressed with how good they were at their job. They performed the job without hesitation, and every customer was handled without undue delay. Even when every customer has several boxes to ship, they were truly polite and courteous to everyone. Now this branch isn't the shiny new building nor is there 4 agents at the counters waiting for you. This branch is definitely older, but the parking lot is big, and it is a block away from Lockwood Ridge Rd intersection so not as difficult to get into. With the holiday rush, the only recommendation I have is to have someone station by the lobby door and assist with questions or help with using the kiosk. Like others, I was wondering if I could have skip the line and use the kiosk but there was no one available to ask. As it turned out, Nate told me I could have use the kiosk. He assured me I would have gotten a print receipt which was what I needed. Live and learn.

Definition of incompetence. I run a local business and I know I speak for many others that deal with this post office when I say they are completely unreliable. We never know from day to day if mail will come or be picked up. If you do business with Amazon, Walmart or eBay online this post office will cause you big problems.
