I certainly wish other stations in Florida, especially Tallahassee, could be this good. I’ve always had good experiences here, and always enjoyed the staff. The off-hours’ services including the Self Service Kiosk (when the package drop box is not locked!), and mail collection slots always seem to work properly, aren’t locked, or somehow shut down. This was a model shop, and others shall take notice. UPDATE OCTOBER 5-6, 2025: USPS LOCKS 24-HR DEPOSIT BOXES AT BRADEN RIVER BRANCH & ONE (1) AGENT BEHIND COUNTER. Low Grade Management. This station used to be operated well. I’ve watched it go down-hill. WHO HAS LOCKED THE PACKAGE DEPOSIT BOX IN THE 24-HOUR LOBBY? All signs state the lobby remains open, and when on Monday the office was open, there was only one (1) agent behind counter. What’s going on here? USPS is separate from federal government and remains fully functional even during government shutdowns. Today, now, this is poor management 101. This is likely being done to slow down package work, and caused us to go to Post Office twice, and try to explain why the tracking number was cancelled.
