- AAArlet Asfura2 days ago1.0I can’t only say how humiliating it has been my experience at this place where I had customers helping and those worker just stood there and not help . I will not recommend this place to no one . Young girl skip me wouldn’t tell me what to do and not only one but 2 customers came to help me . I will never or recommend this place and hopefully they get better workers or train them better as for customer service. I would tell anyone to stay out in the weekends

I don't leave reviews for that normally cuz everybody has off days and I don't know what's going on in their life. But today, I needed to make a Amazon return I looked online for store hours and I saw 4:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. and even 6:00 p.m. on some of the UPS Stores, that is what I'm used to as I'm from Colorado. I'm not from the area so when I went to this store at 2:30pm on a Saturday a gentleman held the door open for me and I walked in and the lady immediately stated "we're close! we're closing down, the computers are off." I said okay can you please tell me... she cuts me off "we're closed! we're closed!" I said okay but could you please tell me if there's any other UPS stores in the area and she said "no! all of us close at 2:30" I said okay thank you. I got in the car, used trusty ol Google and low and behold I saw there are several locations that are open past 2:30pm on a Saturday. I would have been happy if she said "our store closes at 2:30 I'm not sure about the others" or even an "I don't know" would have been fine. But to flat out lie to me just to get me out of the store was rude and unprofessional. Don't work customer service jobs front-facing jobs if you can't handle being of service to the customers.
