  I go to the store a lot! Every time I go in all the employees smile very welcoming. Very helpful. They are very courteous, it’s always been a pleasure going into the store and taking care of my business.

  I'm usually a big fan of this location, and the other two employees working were absolute saints—kind, patient, and truly helpful. Bless their hearts. Then there was Lisa. My husband had a return marked "customer packed" in a perfectly good box... that just needed a little tape. I politely asked the first wonderful employee if she wouldn't mind taping it. No problem! Or so I thought. Enter Lisa, who apparently took the "customer packed" label as a personal affront. Her reaction to a bit of missing tape was... let's just say, a level of frustration usually reserved for finding out your favorite show was canceled. She aggressively lectured me on the definition of "customer packed" ("it means it's IN A BOX AND TAPED CLOSED," she basically shouted with her eyes). A third, equally lovely employee politely smoothed things over, but Lisa was already fueled by pure, untaped rage. She angrily slammed the tape onto the box as if she were personally sealing a minor personal vendetta. I thanked her, but I received the cold shoulder and the permanent, silent treatment of no eye contact. Verdict: Lisa provided an unforgettable customer disservice. Her demeanor was so uncomfortable, I’d rather drive to a location two counties over, brave rush hour traffic, and pay for gas than risk encountering her again. If you go: Stick with the nice people. If you see Lisa, make sure your box is not only taped, but hermetically sealed and possibly blessed by a shaman, just to be safe. 0/5 stars for Lisa, 5/5 stars for everyone else. I’m leaving a 4 star since the other employees are typically very patient and kind. 0 stars for Lisa.

  I went to send two separate Nike returns, and the Spanish-speaking employee placed one box inside the other without my authorization, because she never asked me. Now Nike is telling me that a sweater is missing, and when I tried to file a claim, she insisted that I had “approved” the packaging, even though she knows that is not true. I asked to review the security cameras, and she told me there is no audio. Throughout the entire call she was yelling at me; from the very beginning she had a bad attitude and made no effort to help. I shop online daily and have never had issues with customer service or shipments. This employee was extremely disrespectful. I will never return to this location. Please evaluate this employee’s conduct, because her behavior is completely unacceptable. I ended the call because all she did was yell without offering any solutions. My sweater is missing, and the shipment was handled at this store.

  Customer Service Award Goes toooo….Tiffany!!!! Been at this location Several times and Tiffany gets the Best Service Award!!! Her Kindness, Patience and Customer Service were All… Anyone could Ever Ask For!!! I Do Hope they give her Recognition as she is Definitely a One of a Kind…. She put Happy in Your Heart…. No Matter how bad the day may be…. I am Truly Grateful for All her help during my shipping experience, she’s Top Notch: Customer Service Representative!! Thank You Tiffany!!
