- JJJulia Jones4 days ago3.0Been using this location for years, I have a mailbox there. Usually the service is helpful, but that’s not my pain point. I use this location for my business and I can no longer get to my mailbox 24/7 like I have for 5 years. This is a huge inconvenience and a major change that I did not see coming. Very disappointed- thought prospective customers should know since this goes against what’s you’d come to expect from the UPS Store.

I asked the woman at the counter(Lisa) and she gave me a blank stare and rolled her eyes at me while aggressively throwing her arm to show me what looked like a small UPS logo on the wall. I’m very hard of seeing as I’m 71 and have cataracts. Lisa then continues to not say a word to me and walks away. HORRIBLE SERVICE
- DMDixon MyazFeb 16, 20261.0LISA(old woman with bangs and bob haircut) was AWFUL AND INCREDIBLY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING towards me and my husband when we came into ship a package. She argued with my husband and told him that he couldn’t use a different address that was not on file to ship a package via usps. After arguing with her, a very nice hispanic woman came to help us. She apologized for her rude co worker and did EXACTLY what we needed done in HALF the time it took arguing with LISA. On top of that, another customer came in asking if this was the UPS Store and if he was in the right place. She LITERALLY LOOKED AT HIM, SAID NOTHING AND THEN ROLLED HER EYES WHEN HE ASKED AGAIN FOR CONFIRMATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LISA.
