  Came in to drop off a boxed ups labeled return at about 10:20am on a Friday. website stated they were open. I was talking to someone who was walking on by as I was reaching for the door handle I go to open the door still engaged in conversation when a gentleman who works there grabs the handle from inside the store and yanks the door screaming through the glass door that they were closed. I get if the hours changed and the website was wrong hell I’m not even mad about waiting for the store to open what I just found rude and inappropriate was the force with which the door was yanked closed all because they didn’t open for another 10 minutes. The gentleman could have even been firm in saying “we’re closed” and I wouldn’t have cared but the way he yanked that door almost knocked me off my feet.

  I went into the store yesterday mid day and as I walked in I just got starred at by an extremely RUDE female working there. She didn’t say hi, can u help you, nothing. So I walked up and explained what I needed and she acted as though she didn’t know how to speak. Her customer service was EXTREMELY RUDE and as I was finishing up with one task I had my hand held out to get the receipt and she intentionally put her hand under my hand to put the receipt on the counter. Then when I needed to do a simple return, my return info said I only needed to drop my very small package off and no label or box was needed. She said THEY are lying and you do need a box! I have always done returns here to Amazon and tik tok and I was simply following the directive of the companies return policy. So, I was turned away without being able to send in my return. I will be calling corporate as I think this is the most horrible custom service I have ever received at this location. I always am provided with good customer service except this one female worker. She is EXTREMELY unprofessional and if she doesn’t like her job she should pick another one.

  stopped by the store to pick up a unbranded box like I have before, and the woman working today on 10/1/2019, said we don’t have any boxes that are unbranded. I told her that I have purchased ones from this location before. She talked down to me like I was stupid. Just lost a customer here. Just go to USPS and don’t waste your time and money here.
