- FPFran PikeNov 10, 20255.0Andre at the UPS Store at 4501 Manatee Avenue is the best! I had two Amazon returns today and was unable to pull up one of the QR codes on my phone. Andre assisted and quickly retrieved the code for me. I also had an insurance card that had torn and which he laminated for me, along with printing some copies for me. Andre is the perfect UPS employee. He was kind, cooperative and professional even when he had a line of customers. Thank you Andre!

I ask my clerk, “Can we just put my package in an envelop like that and ship UPS?” She data yes… my cost went from $34 to $16 and will arrive by THIS Friday. Moral of Story is don’t go in there expecting customer service with all employees. It’s purely transactional if you get certain clerks
