She scan almost 20 bags, i understand theres a process for her on their system i wait, she create her label, start closing the bag with tape, i just loose my calm, and left. This happen on Nov 9. 11:48 am. Not really trying to come back at this location.

I overall had an amazing experience. Definitely will be choosing this location again for anything I will ever need to do with shipping and returns!

The lady that took my 2 return items only scanned one bar code, despite me saying specifically, "There are 2 separate bar codes." And when I returned to ask them where my second item went they told me that they had packaged them together and used the same bar code so I was charged by Amazon for the second item! Then to make it worse, they told me it was my fault that it happened, I should have checked my receipt! Actually the employee should have been trained better as I clearly stated there were 2 bar codes and raised my phone twice for her to scan. She seemed in a hurry and was quite rude. So I'm out $22.35 because of her inability to do her job. And all they said was that I should have checked to make sure she did her job correctly, I thought training employees was your job, not mine! I'll just go elsewhere.
