There were a few customers lined up, I had about 12 packages to process, all with different requirements and Annette was patient, and very organized during our interaction. She explained to me the services and products they offer, keeping my visit quick and convenient. Definitely will be using this UPS Store as my go-to location from now on!

I came in on Saturday to send a gift to a friend who just got the all-clear at three months that she’s cancer-free, so to celebrate, I sent her a big package of her favorite clothing brands and some other items. I paid $40 to insure it, almost $10 of it was for the box itself, and to top it off, when I login, the tracking STILL is not popping up, even though I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. It’s worrisome because the value of that package is HIGH, I was given all this paperwork, and I just wanted to give my friend a gift, UPS itself needs to do better; we need to be able to track our packages!!! But Annette has been saving the day, literally. Every morning, I have an email from her with an update on the status and location of the package; it’s the only access I have and she is going WAY out of her way to make me and my friend feel so much more secure. Annette goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure her customers are well taken care of, and without me even asking!!! She’s amazing!!! Give the women who are working hard in the store, especially Annette, a BIG raise - she deserves it, she’s earned it, and when nobody else was willing to help, SHE was. She’s earned my trust, and that is invaluable. THANK YOU ANNETTE!!! ❤️❤️❤️
