I sell things pn eBay on the side and this has made me realize that although one always tries to make things right, someone always makes sure you don't make it. I had to reimburse the customers and offer a great apology, all not being my fault but Staples' ...Will be going there to speak to the Store Manager first thing in the morning, and will elevate this to corporate if I don't get reimbursed or a solution is reached.
