She is kind, helpful and very outgoing.....also has a large discretionary measure. With Jennifer u know she's going to do her best get u a work ticket.   The morning dispatcher, Jennifer, has been very supportive of me, considering my circumstances. She has excellent customer service skills and qualifications. Although I have not so many skilled qualifications, the jobs she has dispatched me to have been exciting to be a part of. I have learned new job skills and competencies through this agency. The branch manager is very reasonable and understanding. The other staff members are all competent and are efficient in their job duties. The Jobstack app is wonderful. I love the vertical integration within the different industries who uses the platform. My only hope is that client companies be more in demand of temp workers , as a lot of companies have been cancelling their scheduled jobs. Perhaps, there should be more local companies who can utilize the platform, as I am currently only able to commute on my bicycle within reasonable mileage. If there was a tailored feature this accommodates the whole travel experience, it would be nice. I also think that there should be a lot more companies who work with those with minor disabilities who would also utilize the platform. Overall, though, the experience is truly a blessing to be able to work with companies and dispatchers who drive success and performance to ensure a positive experience.!
