  Shoutout to Nancy at FedEx, who somehow turned account creation and shipping—normally a stress-inducing logistical circus—into a calm, smooth, almost suspiciously effortless experience. She made sure every detail was correct (because when you’re shipping documents that basically are your identity, accuracy matters) and helped set up a prepaid return label so my precious paperwork could get back to me quickly and with full tracking. Professional, patient, and genuinely helpful—Nancy is exactly who you want representing FedEx. If customer service awards were a thing people actually watched, she’d be sweeping the category. ⭐️

  There are wonderful staff members here at this location. I wasn't sure about how to print and prepare my package for return. Staff saw me struggling and came over and practically did it for me. I'll always use this location now.

  The manager Shannon is not about customer service. I tried using the self service multiple times to fax off my father's death certificate and it wouldn't go thru. So I went to the counter for additional assistance as well as get a refund for it charging my card for the cover sheet and timing out on the important document and the lady gave me every excuse as to why it didnt go thru and she has no way of telling me what went thru and what didn't. I said I dont have a confirmation for any of it and she hesitantly refunded my $2. I also asked if she could just fax from behind the counter because not only do I work for a fedex station and have done pickups so I know what they have but I also have been a customer at multiple locations & know that employees will do it for you when you encounter a problem willingly. Big shout out to DJ because he went above and beyond in helping me including explaining to me why the second document most likely didnt go thru and it wasnt because the recipients fax machine was off as Shannon stated. He faxed it waited patiently and got a confirmation.. The right person behind counters makes a difficult process comforting...thanks again DJ!

  We came in to have several items shipped and printed, as well as to take a passport photo for our child. While I understand that photographing a baby can be challenging, the attitude we encountered was disappointing. This is a service offered, and we expected a more professional and patient approach.
