  If I could I would give zero stars. Customer service and managers are very rude when I called regarding my credit card account that I canceled. They over talk you, rude and one manager hung up on me. They need to get better people who know how to speak and help their customers.

  Wrote this once and accidentally deleted it. Not happy. I have been a card holder for years. Yesterday March 5, I went to Bealls as I always do while visiting Florida. Yesterday I went to use my card and they said it was declined. I visit Flordia twice a year and always shop there. I will not shop in Bealls ever again. They offered to send me a new card but I told them no. I will not shop at Bealls again. Plenty of good stores in Flordia.

  While visiting the Statesville, N.C. location, my friend and I noticed a few items with different pricing. Clearance items were marked higher in price than non clearance items. I grabbed 2 of the items found, portable baby fans, and brought them to management. We were told, pricing is different depending on when they arrived at the store, so the clearances $5.99 fan had been there longer than the regular priced fan for $4.99 “does that make sense?” she said. Dumbfounded my friend and I chuckled and asked again as the manager must be joking! “We have no control over pricing”. No, no ma’am that in fact does not make sense. Bealls, is there anyway an associate could explain this better? Wait , no! Because clearance is just that clearance and having one item (baby fans) with 3 different prices $7.99, $5.99, and, $4.99, it appears there is a free for all in pricing and no thought process behind it. Thank you. No longer a customer.

  Bealll's Outlet Tamiamie Trail E Naples has the best customer service. Everyone is friendly and attentive. A big KUDOS to Frank who took the time to find my favorite lost glasses and call me back. Above and Beyond!! Thank You

  ATTENTION: Dave Alves I was a resident of Hobe Sound for 15 years and shopped at Bealls Outlet many times. Have been away a year and have come back to visit. I was so impressed with what has been done to that store, Amazing!! I had spoken with the manager before I left and said I hope you can fix this store. Could t believe the work she has done. Laura Connor is the best thing that has happened to that store! What a fantastic job! Thank you for making it presentable! I will be bragging it up on Facebook too!
