The man that always works the desk is the most unwelcoming, rude, and unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. I live close by but I am so uncomfortable with the environment he creates that I’ll drive off island in traffic just to avoid him. I have not seen him be friendly with anyone, ever, despite exhaustive attempts to engage him with niceties and smiles. In fact, I haven’t seen him be less than rude to anyone. Once I showed up five minutes before his lunch and he hid in the back (he knew someone was there) until exactly lunch time. When he came out, he did so with an attitude as he stormed past me. When he saw I rode my bike there (and was and sweaty and tired) he still demanded I wait there in the heat until after his lunch. I mean, this is a guy who really really hates his job and always shows it. If you don’t want to be made to feel horrible just for existing, do not go here. I really can’t understand why he hasn’t been fired yet. He’s that bad.

There is a reason why this location has bad reviews. Has to be one of the most unfriendliest and unwelcoming Post-Offices I have been to. Whoever was working today had such a bad attitude, extremely poor customer service and unfriendly. I came into this location and waited for the individual working to come and cash me out. I said good morning and all I received was a dirty look of inconvenience. I asked if I did something wrong and all the employee did was look at me and said nothing. He rang up my order, stamped the envelope and abruptly tossed it back on the counter at me. I asked him what his problem is and he said he didn't understand. Walking out was my only option and last time I go to this location. If you don't like your job, go work somewhere else.

(4)(a) A vehicle that is transporting a person who has a disability and that has been granted a permit under s. 320.0848(1)(a) may be parked for a maximum of 30 minutes in any parking space reserved for persons who have disabilities.
