This location has been closed since the hurricanes, a year and a half, so a lot of employees on Bridge Street have been parking there. Everyone was told that it would not be reopening but apparently they did this week with no notice. I parked there and my car was towed as it was there for 2 hours. I cannot believe they would not let all of us know about reopening so we would no longer park there....not very neighborly at all and we strive to all be kind to everyone here that works on Bridge Street. I had to leave work and pay a small fortune to get me car back. I am only giving one star as that is what is required to post this review as I would leave no stars.

There is a reason why this location has bad reviews. Has to be one of the most unfriendliest and unwelcoming Post-Offices I have been to.
Whoever was working today had such a bad attitude, extremely poor customer service and unfriendly.
I came into this location and waited for the individual working to come and cash me out. I said good morning and all I received was a dirty look of inconvenience. I asked if I did something wrong and all the employee did was look at me and said nothing. He rang up my order, stamped the envelope and abruptly tossed it back on the counter at me. I asked him what his problem is and he said he didn't understand.
Walking out was my only option and last time I go to this location.
If you don't like your job, go work somewhere else.

Rude and unfriendly service. He was that way with the two old ladies in front of me. He puts cones in parking places to eliminate the number of cars that can come into the office. That’s customer service? At it’s worst!!! Wow!!
