  In my experience, the staff has consistently been cooperative and helpful. There is an opportunity, however, to create a more engaging and welcoming customer interaction, as the overall energy at times can feel a bit subdued. The primary concern is the condition and presentation of the store itself. While it’s clearly a high-traffic location, the environment often appears and even smells less clean than expected. A few straightforward improvements could make a meaningful difference: addressing the lighting, particularly the fixtures hanging from the drop ceiling and increasing the overall brightness would immediately improve the atmosphere. The current lighting makes the space feel darker and less inviting than it should be. Routine cleaning of the glass doors, frames, and windows should also be a daily standard, as these details significantly impact first impressions! Currently, the store gives off more of a warehouse or locker room feel than a polished retail environment. With some attention to these areas, this location has the potential to deliver a much stronger and more professional customer experience. The foundation is there, it just needs a bit more care and refinement to truly stand out. Best of luck.

  This a terrible ups store. I returned an order from this ups. They don’t scan the order properly or ship your pack your order decent either. I can’t even get a refund back because of the employee sloppy work. Now I have to file 2 disputes with ups corporate. They need to fire everybody that work at this store.

  Scripted language and unprofessional information given. Legal documents were overnighted and guaranteed for 10:30am. Still not delivered. Bad look on UPS in it’s entirely. Package was barely taped with clear tape. Suspected tampering with mail and legal documents. Any person in the chain of custody are liable. Shame on you UPS.

  We use this UPS Store every single day, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the team here. This has to be one of the busiest locations around, yet the employees are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. No matter how long the line is or how nonstop the packages are, they always greet customers with a smile and keep things moving smoothly. Their ability to handle such a high volume of work while remaining calm, helpful, and upbeat is genuinely impressive. It makes a huge difference when you rely on a business daily, and this team never disappoints. The only downside—and this has nothing to do with the store or staff—is the number of customers who ignore the clearly posted No Parking signs and block the road in front of the store. It creates unnecessary congestion and makes it unsafe to enter or exit the parking garage where people are supposed to park. That said, the staff handles everything with grace, even in less-than-ideal situations. We are extremely grateful for this team and can’t imagine using any other UPS Store. Highly recommend!
