  I’m extremely disappointed with the handling of my package at the Staples location at 1540 S.W. 8th St., Boynton Beach, FL. As an iPostal1 customer, I rely on this location to securely receive important business deliveries. A FedEx package containing business uniforms (Tracking #446544388528) was delivered to the store and signed for by an employee named Christine. Unfortunately, proper custody and care were not maintained after receipt. Based on what I’ve been told, the package was not secured in the designated holding area. Surveillance footage reportedly shows a UPS driver removing my package from inside the store and placing it on a return cart, after which it was taken off-site. This represents a serious breakdown in basic chain-of-custody procedures. When a business accepts and signs for a package on behalf of a customer, there is an expectation that it will be properly logged, secured, and protected from unauthorized access. Due to this failure, my package is now lost/stolen, directly impacting my business. I strongly urge management to review their internal handling procedures, employee training, and security protocols to ensure this does not happen to others. Customers using mail services like iPostal1 should be able to trust that their deliveries are handled with professionalism and accountability.

  Eugen was horrible with service. He was mid helping us when he randomly stopped and turned to take care of 2 other people. We had our QR code pulled up and package ready to go, had been standing there for a few minutes then tried to tell me paying customers had to get taken care of first? Excuse me YOU WERE MID HELPING ME? Finish your job!

  I have tried printing out a few different places now, including Office Depot. It seems like they can never get the posters right. We printed with staples and it was ready within a few hours, and it looked exactly like the image that we had uploaded.

  I placed 2 set of business cards order, I have been using this service for many years. today my order was delivered by courrier. My second set was missing only to find out they gave it to another customer of the same name. How do I know? the customer called me they had picked up my set by mistake. Staples refused to make it right and stated on the phone "too bad for you" WOW, worst customer service ever.
