- APAron ParkerOct 23, 20255.0We just moved into town and I've been to this location a handful of times. It has never been super busy and I'm usually in and out within 5 or 10 minutes. The two ladies that I've encountered who work here are always super nice and friendly.
- MMMelleBeanAug 12, 20251.0Literally said they forwarded my package with no given location. Spent 2 hours on a goose chase. Customer service line didn’t even allow me to speak with an agent. Had to go to a usps in person just for them to redirect me here, drove half an hour just to find the place is closed. Funny how my $100 package isn’t clearly updated with instructions, locked up in a facility that closes at 5 pm (mind you they still said it would be delivered today but 🤷🏽♀️)and completely ignored me when knocking at window as there was no clear sign with hours for closure. Not even a gesture. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away.

And it seems like they’ve got a great crew underneath them. I was there to make sure that a Stop mail order had been received and watched their interactions with multiple people at this busy, busy location. They had a big smile and a gentle word for everyone they dealt with. The manager graciously took care of question after question with different people coming in about their packages, etc. The whole vibe of this post office is different than any I’ve ever felt. Kudos manager and his employees. They went above and beyond with everyone they interacted with.

I was home all day but received an alert that a delivery attempt was made and to check the notice on the door, but there wasn’t a notice. I tried calling this Boynton Beach Post Office but it appears as if this form of communication has been abandoned by this location. So I called the main USPS number but hung up after being on hold for an hour. Not a good look USPS.
