I observed them doing this to an elderly woman last week, tried to intervene but they told her to just leave because they weren't going to help her. This used to be the best ups ever and the owners and managers I knew before this group of riotous rebels were 5 star. What a loss for Boynton so I hope whoever owns this place gets rid of their lazy, rude staff!!
