- BGBethesda GalNov 13, 20255.0The UPS Store located at 6615 Boynton Beach Blvd. in Boynton Beach, FL, in The Fountains shopping center is the best I've visited in Palm Beach County because of its pleasant, professional and energetic staff who provide quick, friendly and efficient service...and with a smile, which goes a long way. One such staff member, Stevens (first name), went above and beyond in helping to show me the various sized large boxes for sale for use not only for shipping, but also, as I needed, to pack large/heavier items for a professional move from Florida to another state. There was a long wall of numerous sized flat boxes, and he folded open and showed me various boxes and suggested different boxes based on my needs -- including garment boxes -- along with packing tape, and even offered to and did carry the 6 large flat boxes I purchased out to my car. I know the UPS Stores are franchises and privately/separately owned, and, frankly, it really shows in the stellar customer service I experienced at this particular UPS Store vs. several others I've visited nearby. If this isn't the most successful UPS Store in the area, it sure should be, and I'm making this location my "go to" UPS Store for the time left I'll be in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

The house is in the gated community and there’s always somebody home it’s a group home for handicap people. They said somebody must’ve put it on the wrong truck, so that’s why it was not delivered.. I had to ask the people that take care of all these kids to go and pick it up. At cvs drug store..???Nice going.
