  We use this UPS Store every single day, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the team here. This has to be one of the busiest locations around, yet the employees are consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. No matter how long the line is or how nonstop the packages are, they always greet customers with a smile and keep things moving smoothly. Their ability to handle such a high volume of work while remaining calm, helpful, and upbeat is genuinely impressive. It makes a huge difference when you rely on a business daily, and this team never disappoints. The only downside—and this has nothing to do with the store or staff—is the number of customers who ignore the clearly posted No Parking signs and block the road in front of the store. It creates unnecessary congestion and makes it unsafe to enter or exit the parking garage where people are supposed to park. That said, the staff handles everything with grace, even in less-than-ideal situations. We are extremely grateful for this team and can’t imagine using any other UPS Store. Highly recommend!

  It is hard for shipping packages to be an enjoyable experience. Danielle, the manager, gives the highest form of customer service. I hope UPS treats her well, because she is extremely kind and helpful to every single person that comes in. Any time I have been here, her kindness makes my day better. Thank you Danielle for being so happy and kind to people in an increasingly unkind world! God bless you

  I run a local business and drop stuff off here regularly. This is the second time that packages I’ve left with prepaid labels on them have vanished never receiving a scan from the store. I went into speak with a lady that appears to be a manager. I asked her why if my package was scanned in the store has it not updated the tracking. She proceeds to lie to me saying that tracking does not update till it’s scanned off the truck at the warehouse which is a lie because 20 minutes later I went back in and dropped off a new package and another employee scanned it and the UPS tracking updated almost immediately. I asked to speak with that “manager” again and they said she wasn’t available. I can’t say for certain if theft is happening at this store but it’s very suspicious that I was lied to about scanning and basically brushed off and then 20 minutes later I verified she was lying. I’ve already escalated this to my UPS account manager and will be filing a police report. There’s a camera in the lobby that should tell the complete story on who was the last person to touch the boxes. We’ll let the police sort it out.

  Service at the UPS store is a seamless experience. You walk in where and employees are already expecting you. If employee #1 is not familiar with your request, employee #2 has already anticipated the problem and is there to help before it’s even mentioned. Service is quick, you’re in and out, and I’ve never experienced a lost package with UPS, not even temporarily, and I can’t say the same about FedEx or USPS. I also have to mention that I greatly appreciate the stellar training of UPS’s employees because without it, none of the above would be possible. Thank you UPS for showing the world how it’s done right.
