The employees at 3821 W Woolbright are number one for courtesy and make you feel like you're in your personal location. I have been greeted with a smile every time I've been in and thanked everytime when leaving, and can't say enough good things about this store!

I emailed you guys two PDFs and I said, please print ASAP and black and white in your largest format. When I get there it was not done yet which is fine, I print these all over South Florida all the time and sometimes they want the person to come in first. I get that. However, she comes back with eight and a half by elevens in color, and I explained to her that I asked for their largest format, and she did not understand what I meant so I explained to her what paper formats are, and after going back and forth a couple times she was able to confirm that they did indeed have eleven by seventeen, but she had to walk around and talk to the manager a couple times which I found odd, for such a basic request. Eventually the person came back and said that you do not have regular eleven by seventeen paper, and only premium paper, and I what the difference going to be, period? I got a lesson on different cardstocks which was not what I needed to know, but After letting her finish, I let her know that I was asking about cost, and said, well, there is no cost on the regular paper because we do not have it, and I explained to her that I was trying to understand the difference, and she just refused to give me the cost, which was the most odd business interaction I have had in a very long time. I just wanted to share this story because it shows an untrained, clueless person is working the and it will harm you. Fyi

M.DNov 14, 20254.0I did not give 5 stars due to them not having a public restroom they are in a large plaza and I guess you can try to find a bathroom elsewhere but considering we are giving our business to that provider I feel it’s senseless to go elsewhere to use the restroom however; Vasu assisted me with getting my finger prints he was very courteous and gentle.

An employee, who’s name is Vasu helped me out. I came in for my appointment an hour earlier and was done in about 10 minutes, great service!
