  There are plenty of other FedEx locations. GO THERE INSTEAD! Absolutely horrible service! NEGATIVE!!

  I was given a label and told to drop off a broken clover device which was in a sealed bag. This location suspiciously said they cannot use and ironically out of the other options. This store made me purchase a box small box for $7 is absolutely ridiculous, especially when the post offices gives these for free.

  I wish I could say I had the same experience as everybody that wrote something great but to be honest, the people that work there are just not friendly. They help you, yes, but it isn’t a good experience half the time they were discussing their personal things behind the desk, laughing and carrying on, which was just annoying as a customer to sit there and listen to all of that it makes them look stupid

  I came into the Store yesterday to ship a package and There was a nice gy trying to help me and asked if I had an account with FedEx. I said no so he gave me access to a computer. I tried to sign up for an account and he even had me get on the phone with Corporate and I was there for two hours. I have tried to contact anyone at FedEx for three hours now and have been hung up on 15 times. I will now be going back to UPS as it appears that FedEx doesn't want any new corporate customers.
