But recently I went in and to preface, they used to have a station where you could tape your own boxes and this time around I assumed it was still there. They didn’t and the guy at the desk was kind of rude and insisted I needed to buy tape or I need to just ship my box as is, which was a open box with a return item in it. Which fine I understand that it’s my responsibility, but don’t act like I’m an idiot because you used to have a tape station and now you don’t. Any other time I’ve gone to a post office, they have offered to stick the label over it to shut it or they just give me the damn piece of tape. I understand that probably adds up with all the customers they see but come on. I know they don’t have an easy job. But honestly, treating me like I was an idiot really upset me. So I’ll go elsewhere. Customer service has decreased greatly at this location.

The hold confirmation stated we had 10 days after the hold ended (7/24/25) to pick it up. I went to Old 41 post office to pick it up on 7/29/25. Was told the post office delivered it on Wednesday 7/23/25. Fortunately our neighbor saw it sitting out and took it inside.
