The staff frequently appear unfriendly, and there are often long lines with only one teller available to assist customers. Since nearby branches have closed, this location has become the only option for many residents, making these issues even more challenging. I respectfully request that USPS look into staffing and service improvements for this branch.

The staff act like it’s a burden to do the very job they’re being paid for. They speak dismissively to customers, are completely unhelpful when asked basic questions, and I’ve personally witnessed them being short and disrespectful to elderly patrons. There is no sense of customer service or courtesy here—just frustration and negativity from the moment you walk in. After multiple negative experiences, I will never return to this location. It’s consistently been a nightmare dealing with the people here and their lack of professionalism.
