In my 70 years on this earth the young blond haired guy is absolutely the rudest employee I’ve ever met in my entire existence. I can’t believe any employer would ever hire or retain any employee that is this mean, sarcastic and disrespectful to customers. He said I was a man of few words. Of course I was. It’s the first time I’ve ever wanted to jump over the counter and punch his face in. Instead of doing business at this UPS store, I just walked out the door. Incidentally, while I was in the store, he was an absolute smartass to three other customers who walked out the door. Plus rude to the elder woman employee there. This place doesn’t want customers and I’m surprised their doors are still open. I am absolutely convinced I will never ever and I mean never return to this store. Unbelievable!!!

Rude people, insane prices to ship international. Do not use UPS. They are delusional and disrespectful. When I asked why a 12 oz envelope costs $300 to sent to Germany the guy looked at me and said "you have to pay for jet fuel". Just stupid. Also dirty. The door is never clean here! Do not use this location.

I had a very annoying experience with one of the employees (a blonde guy) at this location. I’ve sent letters through UPS before without any issues, but when I asked about doing so here, he responded in a dismissive and condescending manner, as if my question was unreasonable. He informed me it would cost $15-20 to send the letter, which was surprising since I’ve completed similar transactions for way cheaper at other UPS locations without difficulty.
As a customer, I rely on staff to explain policies and procedures clearly. I’m not expected to know all mailing rules—that’s why I turn to the “professionals” to just do their job. Lol. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. I also noticed there are multiple reviews mentioning unfriendly employees, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue.

Manager or the employee there was rude and lazy. The Line was getting long and he just sat at his desk. Then when he did realize he needed to help then he got up and had an awful attitude.
