I attempted to ship a MacBook as a Christmas gift on December 20 for 2-day delivery. Over the following nine days, it took three phone calls and two in-person visits to determine what happened to the package. Although a shipping label was created on December 22, UPS confirmed they never received the MacBook.
My final contact was a phone call with a representative from this location—the same young man who has consistently been rude during previous interactions. During this call, he was dismissive and defensive, insisting that UPS had picked up the package. When I stated that I would file a claim directly with UPS and submit a police report, he incorrectly told me that I was not allowed to do either.
I later confirmed with UPS that they never took possession of the shipment. As a result, I will be filing a police report for theft and have already notified Apple, who will be assisting.

I came to this UPS store to make an Amazon return. I'm 83 years old and did not do everything right. The young man in the store was not at all helpful and did not try to assist me at all.

First time in this store and wow what an experience! The young gentleman who looked like he wanted to be the lead singer of Greenday was so incredibly rude to everyone in the store including his elder co workers, sorry the rock star career didn’t work out buddy but it doesn’t give you the excuse to treat people that way. I was so angry when I left but fortunately there was a pub nearby where I could grab a drink and a tasty wedge salad at the outside bar.

Go somewhere else even if it’s farther away if the young dude is working. I’ve never met a ruder customer service person. I don’t understand how he still has a job, especially the way he treats people who don’t look like him.
