  Jenny needs to have sit down with whoever is in charge at the store. 1st off before even looking into the email for my rma and shipping she said “no you never sent it”, it was in there, asked her to tape my boxes together she said “no we can’t do that, you have to buy the tape and do it yourself” and than she had the nerve to say that I treat women poorly in front of a group of customers. I always pay your store to pack and tape my boxes. Money is never an issue. She said she could not do it so I bought the tape and did it myself showed her how you properly tape two boxes together. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. She called me sexist too. I treat everyone the same regardless of sexual orientation. Her lack of effort and condescending attitude is ridiculous. 👎🏼

  I love the UPS store in Bonita. The employees are friendly and so efficient. Today Mike made an insurance card for me: printed it, cut it and laminated it. Great service! Kasia

  Ginger at the UPS store is personable and professional and helped me ship two antique radios easily and quickly. That' my preferred shipping etc venue because of staff such as her.

  I brought in some antique vases to ship. I wrapped them in bubble wrap and asked if we should double box them and fill with popcorn to protect inner box. The employee said so you want us to pack it for you. I trusted them and two out of 8 cases were broken, crushed actually from some hard impact that compressed the box. I purchased insurance but that was unusable bc I didn’t have receipts bc they were antiques. Unprofessional packing service for breakables. And when they sell insurance it would be courteous and honorable to say”Do you have receipts? Because if not insurance does no good”. I said that to him and he said it was in the agreement you signed when you bought it. A pretty bad experience…

  Jenny went above and beyond to help me this morning with my Amazon returns! She walked me through every step of the self checkout process in case I need to come when they’re too busy to help me at the register and I never would have known I could do that without her explaining it. I really appreciated that excellent customer service and she was also so sweet. Thanks, Jenny!
