- TTTeresaApr 8, 20261.0I would give this 0/5 - Terrible. Manager on duty was completely unhelpful and extremely rude. Zero customer service skills. When we requested assistance with a package that we have shipped many times before, she was quoting four times the amount we normally pay and refused to look for an alternative. Went back to our old location and will drive out of the way to avoid this place.

They are completely unhelpful, don’t answer the phones, speak down to customers, and simply have no idea what they are talking about. They did not listen to anything I had to say when I had a lost package and both Amazon customer service and my mail room attendant told me to go to this location to receive the package because it was attempted to be delivered twice, and the delivery was unable to be completed. They sent me away and said that they are unable to help without even trying. The man I spoke to did not even let me get a word in and kept speaking over me. People like this do not deserve a job where they have to communicate with others.

You can''t even get through to the people over at the post office for an update. You can't blame customers for being upset, when they just want basic courtesies met.
