He is extremely aggressive and confrontational, I have never been spoken to by a man the way he speaks to women is disgusting. I will be going above to corporate to ensure they are aware of his terrible customer service and poor customer communication and etiquette.

Joshua was extremely helpful in not only explaining my options but which one would be best for my business. He was by himself during an extremely busy holiday season but he treated every customer with respect. I guess you get treated how you treat others.
