- AMAustin MurphyMar 17, 20261.0By far the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to. They don’t even carry basic packaging like bags, and they overcharge for everything. I’ve shipped the exact same item multiple times at other locations for around $20, but here they charged me $35 for no reason. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely not coming back to this location. They specifically told me they only carry 2 sizes of bags. Any other UPS has 5, I’ve been shipping the same packages for years. Never had an issue at any UPS besides this specific store and staff.
- BMBruce MishkinJan 28, 20265.0Being partially disabled it was with trepidation that I entered the UPS Store at the PoloShops in Boca today in need of printing, signings and notarizations that had to be turned around and sent overnight -- trepidation because many "easy" tasks takes effort when you're disabled, and I simply wanted the job done without hassle. To my delight, I entered a level of customer service that was as good as it gets thanks to this store's Maria Gascon, who took ownership of the few tasks involved and got me leaving the store with a smiling face. Excellent and respectful service in every respect.
