- MJMaya JaisinghJan 20, 20261.0The rudest people you could ever meet in your entire life work here. They are completely unhelpful, don’t answer the phones, speak down to customers, and simply have no idea what they are talking about. They did not listen to anything I had to say when I had a lost package and both Amazon customer service and my mail room attendant told me to go to this location to receive the package because it was attempted to be delivered twice, and the delivery was unable to be completed. They sent me away and said that they are unable to help without even trying. The man I spoke to did not even let me get a word in and kept speaking over me. People like this do not deserve a job where they have to communicate with others.
